The Guest Services Lounge is located on Silbury Arcade near TK Maxx in centre:mk.

Opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 8pm

Saturday: 9:30am - 7pm

Sunday: 11am - 4pm

We would like to welcome you to our Guest Services lounge - the heart of the centre:mk. We offer a range of services to help you make the most of your time with us. Whether you wish to Click & Collect from online stores, Shop & Drop off your items until later or just have a question about the centre, our Guest Services team are on hand every day to assist.

CLICK & COLLECT
As we are now a Collect+ location, you can pick up your online purchases straight from the Guest Services Lounge. Shop online with your favourite brands and your items will be delivered and ready for you to try on in our fitting room. You can drop off or collect your items 7 days a week within our opening hours.


SHOP & DROP
Shopping can be left at the Guest Services Lounge, stored in a sealed bag and collected later. Please note that no large items can be accepted.

QUIET ROOM
In our quiet room you can take time out from the busy centre for prayers of all faiths or simply for a quiet moment of relaxation. There is also a Wash Station adjacent to the Quiet Room.

FREE WATER FILL POINT

Located at Guest Services.

PHONE CHARGING BOXES

Joos allows you to charge on the move, meaning you can always use your phone to stay connected, make payments and more - all without having to wait by a plug in the wall or locking your phone away!

You can pick up a Joos power bank at one of the Joos Boxes located at Guest Services & on Midsummer Arcade outside Pizza Hut.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be purchased at the Guest Services Lounge with no purchase fee up to a maximum of £500 and online here.

We only allow Guide Dogs and other medical assistance Dogs in the centre. John Lewis & Partners are dog friendly and welcome all dogs, all stores policies may differ please check before visiting.
