At centre:mk we want to provide you, our Guests, with an enjoyable and relaxed shopping environment that offers a complete day out for everyone under one roof. We pride ourselves on offering our Guests a vast mix of the most loved high street shops and restaurants whilst continuously investing in our centres unique events space, which acts as a central hub for a variety of free activities each month.

We’ve invested in centre:mk to ensure that we’re constantly delivering bigger and better experiences for our Guests. At the heart of what we do is our commitment to a personalised service for all; our roaming ‘Guest Services Team’ are always on hand to answer any questions you may have as you shop in the centre:mk.

We have a number of Guest Service facilities designed to meet your every need; including Shopmobility, Kiddy Kruzzer hire (from the information desk near M&S), Shop and Drop, Click and Collect (via Collect Plus) and a Coat Check service. 

Our guest safety is of the utmost importance to us and so centre:mk employs a wide range of security initiatives both overt and covert designed to keep guests, retailers and our staff safe and secure.
