If your giftcard:mk has been lost, stolen or damaged please call our free helpline immediately on 0800 011 2606 or visit Customer Services in thecentre:mk (near Bhs on Silbury Arcade).

Replacement cards will be issued at thecentre:mk's discretion and you may be asked to pay a small replacement fee. A request for a replacement card must be accompanied by:

• proof of purchase
• the entire giftcard:mk number
• the damaged card (where relevant)
• personal identification
