Family Facilities

To help you keep an eye on your kids whilst you’re looking round the shops we have a range of facilities available free of charge from Customer Services, near Bhs on Silbury Arcade including:

• buggies
• rein hire
• ID wristbands

We also have ‘Kiddy Cars’ for hire from Customer Services on Silbury Arcade, near Bhs. The cost is  £3.00 for one hour and £2.00 for half an hour.

And to make sure you go home happy, not hungry, restaurants with children’s menus include Wagamama, Bhs, Burger King, House of Fraser, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Giraffe.

Parent & Baby Facilities

Our award-winning parent & baby facilities are located near the toilets at Door 9 on Deer Walk and Silbury Arcade. Here, you’ll find:

• changing stations with special kiddie seats and playboards
• a comfortable nursing room with bottle warmer, drinking water, TV and video, magazines and toys
• assistants on hand to help you with any problems

You can also find baby changing facilities in Bhs, Boots, Burger King, House of Fraser, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, McDonald’s, Mothercare and Pizza Hut.

Kiddy Rides

At most of our entrances we have kiddy rides to keep the little ones entertained.

Danceheads

At Door 6 near McDonalds also look out for the new Danceheads booth. This is great fun for all the family! Experience life as a rock star on this interactive machine that transposes your head onto a professional dancer’s body as they dance to original recordings from classic artists such as The Beach Boys, The Jackson 5 and Elvis.
