How do I check my balance?

When you make a purchase

the remaining balance on your card will be printed a the bottom of your store receipt, in place of an ordinary authorisation code
for example, a remaining balance of £15.98 will be shown as 015X98
your account will automatically terminate once you have spent the full value of your card

In person at Customer Services in thecentre:mk (near Bhs on Silbury Arcade)
In store by asking the store to process a payment of 1p on their till. You will not be charged for this transaction and your balance will appear in place of the authorisation code on your receipt (see above)
