On Thursday 8 April from 5.30 to 7.30pm, Regis on Sunset Walk in thecentre:mk will be giving free consultations on all hair care aspects, ranging from colours, cuts, extensions and products. Meanwhile, customers will also be able to meet the team from Sculpture Fitness for advice on health, Body Mass Index (BMI), diet and fitness.
“The event is aimed at improving the body within and allowing yourself a little pampering,” said Libby Del Greco, manager at Regis in Sunset Walk commented on the event; “Looking fabulous, feel fabulous. It’s a simple idea that we’re trying to promote. Our stylists can help you with your hair whilst the fitness team can help you achieve your perfect body.”
Sculpture Fitness are a Milton Keynes based Personal Training Company with over 10 years combined experience. The personal trainers are qualified to minimum Level 3 and are fully First Aid and offer classes including kick boxing and spin biking.
Jon Lamb, Managing Director of Sculpture Fitness said, “This event is geared towards the individual. We at Sculpture Fitness know you are an individual, and therefore need your own specific programme! Whilst you’re at the event we’ll help design you a programme, or enhance your existing one, making sure you receive the best possible advice to achieve your goals.
