Hermes Pensions Management Ltd is an independent fund manager investing approximately £41bn (30/6/02) on behalf of over 100 clients including pension funds, insurance companies, government entities and financial institutions, as well as charities and endowments

Hermes Property Asset Management Limited is currently invested in over £4.8bn of property assets, with over £2bn directly held in the retail sector and over £1 bn invested in more than 20 shopping centres throughout the UK. Principal clients are the British Telecom and Consignia (formerly Post Office) pensions schemes together with the Hermes Property Unit Trust.

Hermes Retail is at the forefront of property investment through partnerships and has been instrumental in the creation of several co-ownership interests through Trusts of land and limited partnerships where it takes on an active role as general partner.

Hermes Retail strategically manages the retail portfolio on the basis of an understanding of the needs of shoppers, retailers and investors.

Prudential, through its M&G subsidiary, Prudential Property Investment Managers Ltd, is the largest institutional property investor in the UK with over £11 billion invested in the UK property market.

The Company is responsible for property portfolios containing in excess of 1,000 properties, including numerous retail assets, offices, industrial and other properties.

tthecentre:mk is managed on behalf of the owners by the Central Milton Keynes Shopping Management Company Ltd. Letting Agents

Lettings are managed jointly by CB Richard Ellis Ltd (CBRE) and Gooch, Cunliffe Whale. The Food Centre lettings are handled by Patrick Punch & Co. Chartered Surveyors.
