The Wishing Pool at Christmas 2006 saw a record breaking year with over £25,000 raised, the first time the £25,000 barrier has been breached in the history of the Wishing Pool. The Calvert Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital both greatly benefited from this vast sum of money. In 2007 a figure of just over £17 000 was collected, this time being donated to St Tiggywinkles for their work in the field of wildlife care.
